Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply information to the site owners. This Cookie Policy explains how Dilagee Ltd ("Dilagee", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our platform and website.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance page.

2. How We Use Cookies

Dilagee uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: These are essential for the platform to function. They enable core features such as user authentication, session management, security protections (CSRF tokens), and remembering your login state. The Service cannot operate properly without these cookies. These cookies do not require your consent under applicable law
  • Preference cookies: These remember your settings and choices, such as language, timezone, display preferences, and dashboard configurations, to provide a more personalised experience
  • Analytics cookies: These help us understand how users interact with the platform, which pages are visited most frequently, and where users encounter errors. This data is used to improve the Service. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent
  • Performance cookies: These monitor platform performance, load times, and help us identify and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth experience

4. Third-Party Cookies

We use trusted third-party services that may set their own cookies on your device. We do not control these cookies. Please refer to the respective privacy policies for more information:

  • Supabase: Sets authentication and session cookies essential for platform functionality. These are strictly necessary cookies
  • Stripe: May set cookies for payment processing, fraud prevention, and security when you interact with payment forms. These are strictly necessary for payment functionality
  • PostHog: Sets analytics cookies used for product analytics and session replay. Only set if you accept analytics cookies
  • Meta: Sets advertising cookies (_fbp, _fbc) used to measure which of our adverts lead to signups. These are set only on our public website and signup pages, only if you accept marketing cookies, and never inside the app or the mobile app

We do not sell advertising space, and we do not place other companies' advertising cookies on our platform. We do use Meta's advertising cookies, with your consent, to measure the performance of our own adverts — which means Meta may associate your visit with your Meta account. If you reject cookies, these are never set.

5. Your Consent and Cookie Choices

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and cannot be disabled without affecting the functionality of the Service.

For all other cookies (preference, analytics, and performance), we will request your consent before setting them. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through:

  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block, or delete cookies. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions specific to your browser:
    • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies
    • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
    • Safari: Preferences > Privacy
    • Edge: Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions
  • Withdrawing consent: If you have previously consented to non-essential cookies, you can withdraw consent at any time using the button below, by clearing your cookies through your browser settings, or by contacting us at privacy@dilagee.com

Please note: Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from using the Service or cause certain features to malfunction. Blocking preference cookies may result in a less personalised experience.

6. Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as:

  • Local storage: Used to store non-sensitive preferences and UI state on your device
  • Session storage: Used to store temporary data that is cleared when you close your browser tab

These technologies are subject to the same rules and consent requirements as cookies.

7. Data Collected via Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may collect the following types of data:

  • Session identifiers and authentication tokens
  • User preferences and settings
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Device type and screen resolution
  • Referring URL and navigation patterns
  • Timestamps of visits and interactions

For full details on how we process this data, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via the Service or email.
