How much does it cost?

Starter is £59 a month for one site and up to 20 staff, with every feature above included. There are no per-staff fees and nothing to add on. Pay yearly and it is 20% less.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days with full access. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Can my staff use it on their phones?

Yes. The Dilagee app runs on iPhone and Android. Staff see their shifts, clock in and out, request time off, swap shifts and complete their checks from it.

What if we grow past 20 staff or open a second site?

Move to Professional: £169 per site for up to 3 sites and 60 staff. It adds Dilagee AI, a weekly review, photo clock-in and a dashboard across every site. Your data comes with you.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are paid up front and save 20%.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to your own business, and we are GDPR compliant. We never sell your data.
